Your privacy is considered the utmost important to all our practitioners and the company LAA Pty Ltd.
Your medical and personal history will never be disclosed and given out to other companies.
When you tick the "I accept the terms and condition box", you are giving the LAA Pty Ltd practitioner permission to contact your Dr if required.
You are also saying that we the practitioner will be given all your true and updated medical history. This is important for the practitioner to make
the best and precise decision to help you achieve the best results for your condition.
If you fail to give all the correct information, the practitioner will not be liable for wrong advice or treatment suggestions.
If the client forgets their appointment, there is no credit refunded. If you cancel an appointment at least 48 hours before, you will be able to re book another time
within a month. If the practitioner needs to cancel an appointment, you will be able to re book another appointment within a month.
The treatment offered by the practitioner is not replacing medical treatment and you should always consult your Dr before - hand for their approval of
Complex Decongestive Therapy treatment.

All complaints will be discussed and a fair and amicable decision will be made. The person making the complaint will be contacted and the matter will then be
dealt with according to the complaint.
